Shipping policy

-Stickers and other ready to ship products such as greeting cards, prints and bookmarks will be processed within 2 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed.

This means we have up to 2 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

-Custom art such as LLBean Totes, Hats and Ornaments will be processed within 3 WEEKS or 21 BUSINESS days (unless otherwise discussed and agreed on) from the date your order was placed.

This means we have up to 21 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or UPS so they can best serve you.

Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include National Holidays.

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.*

If order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING Willough Designs is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
